For all the services contracted, 50% of the total package cost should be paid as an advance payment to hold the booking & the balance amount can be paid after arrival in installments as per the guidance of the tour operator.
After confirming the tour package, there will not be any changes to the hotel/resort/homestays that you have confirmed. (If required we can change according to the hotel policies.)
If you skip any of the sightseeing places which is mentioned in the itinerary there will not be any deduction in the package cost.
15% of the total package cost will be deducted if you cancel before 7 days of your arrival date.
There will be no refund if you cancel the tour package less than 7 days before your arrival date.
If the package is canceled due to any of the natural disasters & political movements, the full amount will be refunded.
We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, roadblocks, bad weather, etc.
In case of post-pone or pre-pone of the trip, you should be informed 10 days prior to the arrival date, and the package cost will be revised accordingly.
