1. Advance Payment
A minimum of 40–50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the tour. The balance amount must be paid before the commencement of the tour as mentioned in the itinerary.
2. Full Payment Requirement
For flight tickets, hotel bookings, and special or peak-season packages, 100% payment may be required in advance as per airline and hotel policies.
Failure to complete payment within the stipulated time may result in automatic cancellation of services without prior notice.
3. Mode of Payment
Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, Cheque, Cash, or Credit Card.
Cheque payments are subject to clearance. Services will be confirmed only after the payment is successfully credited to Expovia Travel Time OPC Private Limited.
4. GST & Taxation
- All prices quoted are exclusive of GST, unless explicitly mentioned otherwise.
- GST will be charged as applicable as per Government of India regulations at the time of billing.
- GST once charged is non-refundable, irrespective of cancellation or amendment.
- Customers must provide their GST details at the time of booking if a GST invoice is required. GST details shared after billing may not be accepted.
5. Credit Card Payment & Cancellation
- In case of payment made using a credit card, any request for cancellation must be raised within 24 hours from the time of payment.
- Cancellation requests received after 24 hours of credit card payment will be subject to standard cancellation charges as per airline, hotel, and service provider policies.
- Credit card convenience charges, if any, are non-refundable.
6. Price Validity & Changes
All prices are based on current availability and are subject to change due to airfare fluctuations, hotel tariff revisions, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency variations.
Final pricing will be confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges will apply as per airline, hotel, transport, and service provider policies.
Eligible refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after deducting applicable charges.
No refund shall be provided for no-shows, early departures, or unused services.
8. Last-Minute Bookings
For bookings made within 7 days prior to the travel date, full payment is mandatory at the time of booking confirmation.
9. Force Majeure
Expovia Travel Time OPC Private Limited shall not be liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to natural calamities, weather conditions, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, government regulations, or any unforeseen circumstances.
Any additional expenses arising due to such situations shall be borne by the client.
10. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and are subject to availability.
11. Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore.
